Online store regulations

§ 1
GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions for using the Online Store, as well as the provision of electronic services and sales conducted via the Online Store www.bee-best.com.pl, owned by Bee-Best Martyna Waleńska, headquartered in Gostyń, ul. Wincentego Dabińskiego 16, 63-800 Gostyń, NIP 696-158-79-14, REGON 542970115.

  1. These Terms specify:
    a. types and scope of electronic services provided;
    b. conditions for concluding and performing sales contracts;
    c. conditions for terminating sales contracts;
    d. the right of withdrawal from the contract;
    e. payment methods;
    f. delivery costs, methods, and deadlines;
    g. complaint procedures;
    h. out-of-court dispute resolution methods.
  2. The Seller provides these Terms before concluding the contract in a way that allows saving, reproducing, and storing them.
  3. The Terms are available on the website for download or printing.

  5. Customer: a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit using the Store.

§ 2
DEFINITIONS:

  1. Business days – Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
  2. Calendar days – all days including weekends and holidays.
  3. Proof of purchase – VAT invoice, receipt, or other confirmation.
  4. Complaint form – document used to submit a complaint.
  5. Customer – person or entity making purchases.
  6. Consumer – natural person within the meaning of Article 22¹ of the Civil Code.
  7. Account – electronic service enabling orders.
  8. Individual Offer – customized offer for a Customer.
  9. Entrepreneur – Customer acting as a business.
  10. Entrepreneur with consumer rights – sole trader where the contract is not of a professional nature
  11. Terms – this document.
  12. Online Store – www.bee-best.com.pl.
  13. Seller – Bee-Best Martyna Waleńska.
  14. Product – movable item or digital content.
  15. Sales contract – agreement between Seller and Customer.
  16. Services – electronic services.
  17. Order – Customer’s declaration of intent to conclude a contract.

§ 3
RULES OF USING THE ONLINE STORE

  1. Use of the Store requires an internet-enabled device and an up-to-date browser.
  2. The Seller provides services in accordance with these Terms.
  3. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
  4. The Customer must use the Store in accordance with law, good practices, and these Terms.

§ 4
SERVICES

  1. The Seller enables:
  • – browsing the offer
  • – creating an Account
  • – placing orders
  • – using a shopping cart
  1. Services are provided free of charge.
  2. The Customer may stop using services at any time.
  3. Customer Account:
    a) registration requires providing data
    b) Customer is responsible for login confidentiality
    c) Seller may delete an account in case of violation

§ 5
CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

  1. The contract is concluded upon order confirmation by the Seller.
  2. The Customer may cancel the order before shipment.
  3. Order processing time: up to 21 business days.
  4. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed and may withdraw.

§ 6
PAYMENTS

  1. Prices are in PLN or other applicable currency and include VAT.
  2. Available payment method:
  • bank transfer
  1. Failure to pay may result in order cancellation.

§ 7
DELIVERY

  1. Delivery is available within Poland and the EU.
  2. Delivery costs are specified during ordering.
  3. Delivery time: up to 21 business days.
  4. Risk passes to the Consumer upon delivery.

§ 8
WITHDRAWAL FROM CONTRACT

  1. The Consumer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving goods.
  2. No reason is required.
  3. Return period: 14 days.
  4. Return cost is borne by the Consumer.
  5. Refund within 14 days.
  6. Exceptions::

  • made-to-order products
  • digital content delivered with consent before withdrawal period

§ 9
COMPLAINTS

  1. The Seller is liable for non-conformity under consumer law.
  2. Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing.
  3. Complaint should include:
    a) Customer data
    b) description
    c) request
  4. Procedure:
    a) submission
    b) confirmation
    c) review within 14 days
    d) decision
    e) fulfillment
  5. Consumer rights: repair, replacement, price reduction, or withdrawal.
  6. Warranty liability excluded for entrepreneurs.

§ 10
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
Data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

§ 11
FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. Polish law applies.
  2. Disputes handled by competent courts.

  4. Effective from: 17.03.2026.
