From the beekeeper’s perspective, it is important to prepare pollen properly. Proper processing ensures durability and cleanliness. Thanks to these features, the consumption of pollen becomes more enjoyable and is often adopted by whole families. This makes pollen production an increasingly important area of activity for many apiaries. After collecting and drying pollen, which usually takes 3–4 days, the next step is cleaning. The raw product collected from hives contains various small impurities, the presence of which in the final product could reduce its market value.
